Physician Information
The Nova Scotia Chronic Pain Collaborative Care Network aims to improve capacity of the health care system within Nova Scotia to manage chronic pain through primary care. The mentor/mentee network connects family physicians and other primary care providers to experts in chronic pain, and provides continuing education opportunities. To date, the network has been rolled out in the South Shore District Health Authority and Capital Health. For more information, contact Dr. Peter MacDougall, Director, NSCPCCN; Sara Whynot, project manager; or Michele Chappell, research coordinator.
